Variables
Varied Thrush
Occurred the most disproportionately in hexagons with 683-3216 mm
of annual precipitation and April minimum temperature (hex. med.) of
-6 to 4 C. In somewhat drier parts of its Oregon range (421-683 mm
annual precipitation), it occurred mostly where June precipitation (hex.
min.) is 5-21 mm. The logistic regression analysis showed positive or
negative association with Douglas-fir - w. hemlock - red cedar forest,
subalpine fir - lodgepole pine montane conifer, big sagebrush
shrubland, topographic variation, the extent of public land, elevation
(hex. avg.), April precipitation (hex. max.), and-to a lesser degree-
July minimum temperature (hex. min.).
